George Molakal

George Molakal, is an alumnus of Harvard Business School ,Oxford University and Cardiff University. He has a variety of exposure working with the Government, Public Sector, WHO, NGO’s and Private sector.

George Molakal is the CEO of ALCOR Fund and manages a portfolio of diversified companies operating globally. These companies range from Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Engineering Services, Software and HR Solutions. Mr. Molakal is also a Chairman and Director with other several global companies. Mr. Molakal has handled multi-billion-dollar transactions in the mergers and acquisition field. He has worked on international deals involving the US, Europe, Middle East, India, China and South Asia. He often is called to help lead global forums across the world.

Aside from his special expertise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Molakal is involved in private equity and venture capital transactions, executing billion dollar buyout transactions.

Mr. Molakal has also brought about new perspective to corporate management and strategy through his ‘Cubei” model of multi company governance, Strategy 360, MBi takeover , Global foundation pillars, 12 block business picture framework, and the disruptive model on American Small to Medium businesses, etc.

Mr. Molakal is also working with various social organizations across the world on child malnutrition, health care and education. He is the founder of “ I save a child” which focusses on preventing child trafficking in emerging nations. The project is being launched in 2015. His other social initiative supports orphanages in Africa and India.

Mr. Molakal authored a book “How to stop smoking” and led the campaign against Tobacco. He is an Ashoka Fellow and his early public initiative in mid-nineties to campaign against tobacco smoking through WHO for the SAARC region has resulted in effective curbs by the governments to legislate bans for tobacco smoking in public places. Mr. Molakal has also worked as the CEO of a managed care firm in India and assisted the Indian government to draw the framework of laws for Third party assistance for health insurance.

Mr. Molakal is also an industry speaker and has spoken at the Euro summit and at various Industry forums across the world including the Indo American Chamber of Commerce – IACC, ICC, Chicago Chamber of Commerce, Fairfax County and the like. Mr. Molakal participates actively in marathons and raises funds for various NGO’s working in emerging countries.
