Riverston Schools (UK) Ltd is delighted to confirm its acquisition of the business and assets of Beech Hall School. Professor Michael Lewis, Chairman of Riverston commented, ‘This is our first major UK acquisition and my colleagues and I are simply delighted to assume the stewardship of such a fine school which clearly has so much potential. Considerable investment in the property, facilities and resources is envisaged and will form part of an extensive redevelopment programme over the coming years’.
